The mshwchtr.dll is just resources for the mshwcht.dll -- only the mshwcht.dll will register. At the moment I'm just trying to get ink objects to transfer into and out of the Messenger handwriting tab into another 'InkPicture' control. You need to install a Tablet PC handwriting recogniser.
