Messenger Plus Crashes

All programs that monitor your CPU monitor the CORE Temp of the CPU. There ain't any other temp to monitor lol As i said if your not doing over clocking and aren't having issue's with your pc stay away from system monitors. Speed fan has to be compatible with your motherboard and stuff moreless to pick up that sort of information. If your fans werent working your CPU would over heat very quickly(most cases). what are the advantages of dual core cpus? what runs faster/better with them? i do alot of video converting and 3d rendering. would it be noticeably faster than with a single core?
