Yours is somewhat underclocked. Overclocking would be bumping it up to a higher FSB it is not meant to support. You're sure. Note that not all application s are accurate with the actual speed. Mine just runs at the default speed, never changed anything to it. In my case Windows XP reports that is 1.91 GHz.
