He most likely means in MSN. But there is no way to check if someone blocked you. This is a common suggestion however there are 2 problems with implementing it. 1) Its a major invasion of privacy, so Patchou would never add it 2) Its actually impossible to do with the protocol. The purpose of a blockchecker is to check if you are blocked.
