Firstly - Block checkers do NOT work. So don't download any program that says it can check that. Secondly - Messenger Plus! (Live) can only check when YOU last saw them online. Your block checker is a virus. You run it, put your info in, it downloads your contact list, picks random contacts to say that they blocked you but really have not, then displays you the info.
