Indeed. It doesn't matter what OS you use in this case; you were running on old (insecure) build of WLM 2009. The window in the 2009 version of WLM which only showed your display picture and your status. It got a bit annoying. It's not that weird though. You had a very old build before, which had security issues; aka it was not the last version of WLM 2009.
