Also that is an old version of StuffPlug. You might want to update it. It may be smiley central. Go to contorl panel> Add/Remove Programs> look for smiley central> remove. Also look for any other slightly dodgy things under add/remove programs and maybe research them. Stuffplug is not a patch, but a plugin for Messenger plus! Messenger plus! does not affect the msnmsgr.exe at all as it hooks onto it. So, no, you don't need to uninstall any of them.
