Its no longer available as its functionality is now included in Stuff Plug. Stuff plug for WLM is currently under PRIVATE BETA TESTING. sorry, if you use the plus! live, you can use the live notifier ( i give you his url ;) ) If you use the Plus! 3.x, you can use the stufflpug ( but i remember , the stuffplug have problems with that,sorry).
