Change message limit

It's a known bug between Stuffplug and the latest version of MSN Messenger. TB knows about it and has plans to deal with it, but it may not happen any time soon due to other responsibilities he has. I'm not sure, but I don't suspect so, because (!N) is only passed through MsgPlus! when it has been typed in a conversation window...
