Unless you made a typo you are using an old version of MSNM, there's a newer 7.0 version: 7.0.0816. You can get it by going to the MSN Messenger site and change the OS after clicking download, choose Win2000 for a WinXP compatible version of MSNM 7... | Sunshine | WLM Plus!
