RE: Plugin Request PLZ
I think I can see what you mean too. So there we have it. The closest to a block checker is MD's block detector. A true blockchecker however is impossible.

RE: Plugin Request PLZ
Can you prove it works? As far as I know, blocking and appearing offline are treated as a signout by contacts. There's no way of telling the difference AFAIK.

RE: Plugin Request PLZ
the one MD has does work. altough it is "block detection" and i can guarantee you it works :)

RE: Plugin Request PLZ
MessengerDiscovery can actually tell you when people sign in offline. I'm not sure how, but I have a vague idea how it works.

RE: Plugin Request PLZ
THis isn't possible, msn have protection against this, although you can use a block checker for things like this, its just not possible.

RE: [split] Block Checkers
I suggest everyone who seems convinced block checkers work try this, then maybe we won't have a forum full of posts asking for block checkers.

RE: [split] Block Checkers
CookieRevised, raceprouk and any others that have posted that block checkers are not reliable and do not work are correct. A long time ago, there was a bug in the protocol that allowed these block checkers to see what someone's real status was. If t...

RE: Privacy/Contact List
Yes , Even though it is a Violation of Privacy We could not give you a sure fire way to do it because the security flaw in which block checkers used has been fixed. Now the only way Block Checkers can work is if the contact has "Block all ...

RE: Privacy/Contact List
I believe Microsoft fixed the flaw that the block checkers used to see if somebody had blocked you. Now that the flaw is fixed, hardly any block checkers work to my knowledge.

RE: Privacy/Contact List
No; as you kind of said yourself, it's a privacy issue. You may find block checkers around, but they're unreliable and will definitely not give you a reliable answer.

RE: i need the plug-in.............
Nope, block checkers no longer work with the protocol...if the user has allowed all other users in their Privacy options you can see if they are really online with a clone account, but if not there's no way. Block checkers used to bypass the protoco...

RE: Blocked status
This works exactly like the blockcheckers, statuscheckers, and whatever... NOT Like Tochjo said, there is NO reliable way of checking these things... And, Argon (and others)... in this case "not reliable" means "not working"... There is no point ...
