If you want your logs be saved in RTF, you can save them using Messenger itself. Also, as Mnjul said, Patchou won't save logs in another format than txt for now. The mshwchtr.dll is just resources for the mshwcht.dll -- only the mshwcht.dll will register. Mnjul, you can try to uncheck everything in your startup folder (start-->run-->msconfig) (except for like your AV and/or firewall, you can choose) and reboot.
