Well it's possible that it ran, but it usually says "Please Confirm", but you could paste it into the cmd line and see what the output is from there. It's actually *slightly* harder than that to prevent other users from accessing My Documents, as I found out the hard way. If you do not protect your windows account with a password then any other method will not work as the people will still be able to log in into your account and thus access everything else anyways as if they were you. Welcome to the forum, Unfortunately the only way to decrypt it is to have the original password. There is no other way.
