I'm not saying don't look for a solution, just that if, as you say, you need it for exams and urgent issues, you can use a different search engine until your problem is solved. Common sense being the key ingredient here...

I've seen this problem in another thread ( http://shoutbox.menthix.net/showthread.php?tid=837 37 ) ... Like I said there, I use a public VPN with OpenVPN to avoid every kind of firewall ( cause it passes from the https port, and it cannot be detected...

I bet there is a way (H) People said the same about not being able to know if someone has you blocked, but you can find that out in seconds without the need of websites or downloads.
