What colors do you mean? If you mean the button which makes up the Start menu (the white text on the green background) then that button contains several bitmaps and texts stored in various resources. Ok... like you fade messages in a conversation, but put /nick before it. Whatever you put after /nick will be your new nickname. You can include faded colors in it. Then press 'send' of course.
