The new msgdiscovery x shows if someone blocks you. Dont know how reliable it is though. I did get someone to block me and it did show it. Maybe, but Gmail is pretty secure, and uses XML-RPC to download pages, so you might have to resort to mouse macros to control a browser window to do it.
