I remember this problem when using MSN alerts (It'd make the toasts the same size as the alerts, which are bigger than normal sign in toasts.) But I thought Patchou said he fixed it. no, those regestry settings are "dynamic", they aren't use like that in this way. The size of the toasts depend on the size of the MSN Messenger toasts.
