Small Toasts
I first noticed that my toasts were small the other day, then I upgraded to 3.54 and it seemed to fix it, then today I noticed they're small again. It's only Plus! toasts. seems indeed the most likely. If you can download from the SimTel mirrors and it installs fine then there is nothing wrong with the Messenger Plus! setup as both the official site and the SimTel mirrors hold the exact same file...
