Getting rid of the tools in Windows.
I want to know if there is a way to get rid of the tools that show up in windows, and only display them in my Customized top-bar. That's not a bug. It does exactly what it is designed to do.... If you only want to start up Plus! then don't use the parameter /Winstart.
