RE: Chat Log Blocker there's not much point in this since people can manually log the chat sessions manually simply by copying and pasting. you are sending them the information so you can't stop them from having it... and keeping it. hope this makes sense
RE: Alternatives to msn messenger has your friend tried to sign on messenger using a different .NET passport? do it to find out if it really is just her computer or whether something has happened to make the account messed up.

RE: Computer Clock it does sound like the batterry has just run out. you may just need to replace it, but ask around before you buy a new one...it might just be some bizarre bug
