RE: NickChange 1.1
That makes it even less clear to me! Are you trying to edit the names that are displayed? If so, it is out of the reach of scripts. Robert

RE: [Release] Email tooltip
That is quite brilliant! Thanks for a wonderful script. And by the way, what is "dt 2.0 beta"? LOL Robert

RE: NickChange 1.1
I am sorry, but what on Earth are you talking about? By "Names List" do you mean the Contact List? If so, I don't think that it is possible to edit that with scripts. Robert

RE: [Update!] Answer Phone FTP
I have finished the new version, 2.7. It has been sent to the script moderator, and so it should appear in the next week I hope. In the meantime, I now have a website for the script. It can be found [url=http://www.freewebs.com/answerphoneftp]here[/ u...

RE: [Update!] Answer Phone FTP
That's OK. It's not particularly clear. Your comments have been very helpful.

RE: [Update!] Answer Phone FTP
The "reset" button in the settings window does this.

RE: [Update!] Answer Phone FTP
Thank you for your comments. In response to both of the last two posts, I will try to include both of the features suggested, and then release a new version. I had already intended removing the message, because it can get very annoying. It is really ...

RE: [Update!] Answer Phone FTP
Thank you for your kind comments! However, I'm one step ahead! The feature that you requested is already coded into the next version. Thank you! Robert

WLM Keyboard Hotkey
My keyboard (which is largely irrelevant) has a hotkey to launch MSN / WLM. However, I have Polygamy enabled. So when I press this button, A new instance of WLM loads, instead of just restoring the existing one. Is there any way of changing the short...

[Update!] Answer Phone FTP
[color=red]EDIT: New version, 2.8[/color] Here is the new version of the answerphone script. Although the name has changed to reflect the features, all of the old features remain. One of the major changes in this version is the ability to use a CSS s...

RE: [Release] Answer Phone 2.0 FTP edition
you could just set your status to busy or something. But I see your point. I will try to put this in a future version.

RE: Answer Phone
Here is a screenshot taken from IE. Sorry for the double-post, but you can only upload one file at a time.

RE: Answer Phone
Yes, there is. There is a slightly newer version of the program which supports css. Just upload the my-css.css to your ftp folder (the same one as the logfile).

RE: [Release] Answer Phone 2.0 FTP edition
Yes, sorry about the toast. It was really only there for debugging. You could comment that bit of the code out, but here is a slightly newer version without toasts for uploads and with css support. You just need to upload the css file (my-css) to the...

RE: Answer Phone
Actually that one (unless I am much mistaken) does not include css support, as I coded that after adding the v2.0

RE: [REQUEST] Log to FTP
Yes. The answerphone script available from the scripts database can do this when you are busy etc. If you need support for css on the ftp server, I can give you a version with that facility. I hope that I understood the problem. Hope this helps,

Answer Phone
I have developed a slightly newer version of the AnswerPhone script which supports CSS on the ftp upload file. If anybody wants a copy of this script, please ask. If you have any suggestions for the script, please leave them here. Thank you, hope you...

[Release] Answer Phone 2.0 FTP edition
This script checks all of the messages that you receive when you are not online and not appearing offline. It displays them all in one window so all messages can be easily viewed (for example, one useful suggestion was whilst playing a full-screen ga...

RE: [Release] AnswerPhone v1.2
Well when the settings are hardcoded in, the upload works. But when I add a settings box and read the values (correctly) from the registry, uploading breaks down.

RE: [Release] AnswerPhone v1.2
It will be out very soon I hope. It would already be out, but I'm trying to get the script to upload the messages to an ftp server. Then you could check messages from anywhere. Unfortunately, making this more user-friendly is proving difficult.

RE: [Release] AnswerPhone v1.2
Thanks for your feedback. In the next version, customized messages are already coded. With regards to the timer, you could set your WLM to set you idle after a certain period of time. The answerphone would then come on when you enter idle mode. Remem...

[Help] FTP upload
I have written a script that uploads a file to an ftp server. This works perfectly when the server information (address, directory, username, password, port) are hardcoded. However, when I added the settings window to allow users to alter the informa...

RE: [Help!] FTP upload
Thnak you very much. I can work out what most of the variables refer to, but there are a few properties that I am a bit confused about: What is ConnectionHandle (and its value?) What does "result" refer to? What are the properties DetailsArray.DP a...

RE: Delay command?
There is a timer object: MsgPlus.AddTimer. For more information, see the scripting docs. You would then send the next message on the timer completed event (I'm not sure about its exact name). Hope that this helps, Robert
