hey guys what is the shout out box for i still cant understand it

The shoutbox is basically for

that still doesn't tellme much it is like a mini chat room like he said

I suppose you could call it a chatroom.  A chatroom that doesn't refresh itself.  Perhaps it was designed originally so people could get quick help.  But all you will get from it is sarcasm
