Well after working on it for ages, I did it! finallY! it now says the ping reply! Please try it out and tell me if it works, i had some times it didnt but some times it did, its confusing, this is how it would look:
Segosa says:
Ping?
Daniel says:
Pong!
Segosa says:
Ping Reply: 922 ms
As usual you need to register the DLL again, registry update isnt neccesary if you had the old pingpong plugin
EDIT: If you have patchous sample plugin it will conflict because his has a /xping command too, so remove his sample to be able to use this plugin

For a proper work : remove patchou's sample DLL, dor some weird reason theres a conflict...

segosa, would you please make a new version for this plugin that works with 0048? Because if I type /xping he gives me a messagebox and then sends the Ping?

That version is for 48... I have 48 and it works fine.. what does the msgbox say?

I installed the 'new' version but now my commands doesn't work anymore 
edit: I installed the 'new' version and re-registered the DLL file but I get the same error

Deleted URL Manager -> Same problem
