Here is a new version of the Plugin Install Maker by DJMystic.. I'm posting it myself as he is currently banned. If you'Re a plugin developer, you should give it a try (it will work fine with any C++, Delphi or VB plugin)

Thanks DJMystic, this program seems to work a treat and was really easy to use for my VB Plugin.
I would advise all plug-in makers who havent updated to an installer to use this for the ease of use!

DJMystic send me an Updated version, attached to this post, here's changelog:
- Re-wrote the readme
- Added 1 second delay after unregistering VB dll, hope this fixes VB update problems

It was a long time ago , he got in a conflict with some other members of the boards and other stuff but he might be unbanned
