Anyway, I'm saying that because if it's april then that day Messenger Plus! version 3 may be out already. Perhaps, you want to include it and/or put a note to your readers so they know that a new version is comming

In Taiwan we write date in the form YY/MM/DD, so that means March 1st 2004. I think new version of Plus! will not have been released by the time
