as many of u beta testers prolly realized, /snoexcuse has ben changed in Plus! 3. i miss it, and think that it shud be put back. who cares if no one understands it! its funny.
and i have no idea what the new one has to do with no excuse....

I have no idea what the other one is like, if its like the first one and completly random then that one. But that one was very good and very funny because its so random so yeh i dont know

No, nobody will...
1) Uploading something from a beta is called leaking and is not permitted
2) The sounds are part of Plus!, extracting them will violate Patchou's trust, whishes, etc...

2)You could just use MS's sound recorder, so the sound will have poor quality...

the old /snoexcuse, I see the Anime and I was so happy whe I heard it for first time.

the old snoexcuse should be kept, with its original text... the new sound is nice too, but i'd have put a different new command. so there would be 2 commands: the old noexcuse with its text and the new text and new sound with a new command,.

I don't think he would mind about the sound.I prefer the new one... but maybe having two commands is better.

a noexcuse-plugin would be good now 
... nice simple, small plugin (with the mp3 contained within the dll, prefered C++ plugin, no needed registry things ) with only 1 command that plays the sound and can have some text as a parameter:

exactly what i was thinking. but not something for Audiator, cuz its annoying to tell someone to "dl this, then install this, then run this" etc.
but just a stand alone one would be AMAZING!

The sound of /snoexcuse was replaced to be more useful to most people. I have no problem letting you use the old sound (exceptionally) in a plugin. I left the same command name because it has the same primary meaning and because of backward compatibility reasons .

I never really used /snoexcuse a lot when I had messenger plus 2. As i have only been using it for about a month or 2, but seeing as i'm a total love hina fan!!... I say bring back the old sound. Or as Qatanqo said, put both sounds in!

Had to actually resort back to Messenger Plus! version 2. Can't believe even after so many threads on why /snoexcuse was changed, no real reason has given, except for more internationally friendly. Miss that /snoexcuse too much

I like the new /snoexcuse more than the old one. But there's no problem in having both of them. Patchou, just keep adding sounds, not replacing (I don't mind downloading a 10 mb file ).

I don't know what its worth to you because its for audiator. But heres the sound pack to get noexcuse with audiator.
Audiator is one of the plugins at http://audiator.osnetwork.sytes.net/?page=Index
/xaunoexcuse (/xau is the audiator command)
The only thing is that the person recieving the command has to have audiator and the plug in installed.
I also hope this type thing hasn't been done yet and this should be temporary to a stand alone plug in... i hope
You could also just take the sound out of the zip file. Its from the dvd of love hina when they were playing a video game at the end. Episode 08 i believe?

Love Hina is my second favourite anime. I was surprised and very pleased to realise msn plus 2 had a sound emotion of it. Then msn plus 3 came. The Clint Eastwood thingy is cool, but unless the Love Hina sound emotion is brought back in version 3.02 or so im not installing it over msn plus 2. One can suggest patches or whatever, but im just asking a favour as a fellow believer in the Love Hina series (I'm just guessing, but why else would you have put it in msn plus 2 in the first place? By the way Gundam Wing fans will notice that this is a slightly enhanced quote... ) please Patchou don't be as stubborn as Narusegawa about this : It's only one sound emotion. Yes, I know one mustn't confront the dangers of a slippery slope: One moment you put it back on and the next you are adding whatever request comes about, but can you please please please put it back in a next version of msn plus for just this once???
