When I use a parameter with a quicktext is works fine with the shortcut (like Alt+Num Pad 3). But when I type the tag (like /quick) The Parameter window doesn't open and it sends the text without the (!P) but it doesn't replace it.

That's because when you use the alias, you're expected to add the parameter next to the alias.
Example: /quick my param
