you may have herd me post about it b4 its really anoying i have tried registry cleaners adaware 6.0 and spybot sd they dont work so here's a screenie

look for that drj.exe in your HDD and delete its folder, if any. That should stop it. Also take a look at your services, it could have installed one that's screwing you now.

Yeah, As keystorm said: search your heard drive for it... If you dont know how:
Start > Search > (On left) All files or folders > "Enter search in feild"
And thats all you have to do. And just wondering.. but why do you have your start menu on the top? If you ask me.. its VERY annoying!

Also, Derick, it's just because all you've known is the start bar on the bottom, I switched to the top a while ago, and go used to it. Later, when I went back to the bottom so i could run ObjectDock across the top, Having it on the bottom was really annoying, but eventually, I got used to it.
