It's now official, Messenger Plus! 3 has finally been released! It took me 5 months to redesign all the software and I can tell you that I'm very happy with the result. The msgplus.net web site is also brand new and will continue to be updated during the week. All the sections have been rethought, new feature pages have been added, new merchandise is available for Messenger Plus! 3... soon, the site will even include localized content for the main pages! a new software, a new web site, both of them still as free as ever: what more could you ask?

I hope this fourth year will be as great as the past three ones. I promise you that I'll continue to do everything in my power to improve your Messenger experience. Thank you all for your wonderful support!

I am first new to the Messenger Plus Forum . I only had Messenger Plus 2.74 for 2 weeks so i didn't really use all the features. Messenger Plus is a improvement to MSN Messenger 6.2 with more features . I have just upgraded to Messenger Plus 3 (MsgPlus 3) Congratalations to all involved in Messenger Plus 3 Testers, Patchou, Translators etc . A lot of hard work has gone on.

I'm on Chile, and I was expecting Messenger Plus! 3 to be released at 4 AM (My country time zone is GMT -04:00).

But, all was ready at 3 AM.

Hi Patchou, your software kicks ass !!! Plenty of good features as we love, perfect design in options dialog.

Just 2 things missing :
1) remove this annoying bar :


2) reduce width of some menus, like this one for example :


and it'll be perfect .

Im using outlook 2003, and it hasnt been opend. Anyway, after a system reboot, it works fine!

i restarted my computer but still sometimes ad banner appears.

Patchou I was shocked when I used the new version. Your right its more organized. I like it. Your the best thing that's happened to MSN Messenger. Without you there probably wouldn't be users to use MSN Messenger without Msg Plus!

If you subscribe to msn plus or premium you can see online contacts on your desktop by moving your dashboard to the desktop

however you'll still gonna get the messenger icon in your taskbar
