However if what you want is the files of the sounds of the sound commands of plus, you can't get them. They're inside a DLL of plus and you're not allowed to extract them.

U want the original sounds out of Plus! in wavs right?
Well all i can say is i know the website doesnt have them. You might want to try extracting them yourself you might have some luck like that 
.
