Every time I open msn it doesn’t load msn plus and after I sign in I get this error window pop-up

It doesn’t matter how many time I restart it after clicking on permanently fix it still does the same thing.
I hope someone can help because its really annoying.

Are you using Msn Messenger or Windows Messenger?

Try Re-Installing Msn Messenger, then re-install Messenger Plus!

are you using any other program for messenger similar to plus? I mean, any other program that adds something to messenger, or similar...
