I installed Messenger Plus 3 this morning and for some reason the sounds aren't working.
I installed Messenger Plus 3 over Plus 2 figuring that I didn't need to uninstall it. I do believe that is ok to do. Well after that I uninstalled Messenger Plus 3 and Messenger 6.2 and rebooted.
Then I reinstalled Messenger 6.2 and Messenger Plus 3 and still no sound. When I send the sound to other people they can hear the sound fine or if the person sends me a sound it plays on their machine but not mine.
I have unchecked and checked "Allow Sound Commands" and restarted messenger.
I have also changed the sound config from playing MPEG1 codex to MPEG2 codex and back again.
Today, I unistalled Plus 3 and Uninstalled Audiator 3 then installed Plus 2.54.75 and reinstalled Audiator 3 and everything works correctly. So then I tried installing Plus 3.0 and then all sounds stopped working.
Any ideas?
