I finished QTSender Plug-in.
Here is the readme:

Features:
-------------
-Send a random text/answer.
-4 commands + 1 Easter Egg.
-21 Presets in Tags + 7 presets in Easter Egg
Commands:
---------------
-/xQT -> Information window
-(!XQThello) -> Hello text
-(!XQTinsult) -> Insulting text
-(!XQTposans) -> Positif answer
-(!XQTnegans) -> Negatif answer
+ Easter Egg TIP (/xQT....)
+ Easter Egg ((!XQT....)) (refered to as (!XQT???) in the menu)
How to install:
-------------------
1. Close MSN Messenger
2. Move QTSender.dll to your MsgPlus! Plug-in folder (C:\Program Files\Messenger Plus! 3\Plugins).
3. Re-open MSN Messenger.
How to Uninstall:
----------------------
1. Close MSN Messenger
2. Go to your MsgPlus! Plug-in folder (C:\Program Files\Messenger Plus! 3\Plugins) and delete QTSender.dll.
3. Re-open MSN Messenger.
TIP: Type / in a conversation and try finding the Easter Egg TIP Command by scrolling down.

yeah rightI'm still trying to expand this thing. Like it has only like 28 presets, I'm aiming for 100 till then this thing isn't verry usefull.
It's a nice piece of C but it can be done much nicer.
Next step: Text formatting compatibility.
