I am very annoyed because i was expecting this patch that would solve the annoying banner from appearing and dissapearing all the time by its self...
Could that be fixed in the next version please...
This problem only happens if you have MsN Messenger 6.2

There is a work around but Patchou has yet to be able to create this issue on his computer himself thus have Messenger Plus! hide the banner
The work around is to Open Control Panel > Open Regional and Language settings and switch it to English (Canada) and restart your computer.
