the image is very bad... but is ok for show the problem...
the sounds of msn are not here in this panel... just after install the msg plus in my pc 
(the sounds of msn is in MSN messenger folder) but it are not "acknowledged" (sorry my bad english) it happen after plus install

The problem doesn't happen on my computer..have you tried reinstalling MSN Messenger to see if it gets fixed?

Yes i tried reinstalling the msn and the plus, and the msn without plus... the sounds status no change...
