P.S. About Ampersand collision: I saw in the original version of Messenger Plus! some examples of different words with the character "&" before the same character, and I thought is no problem since pressing that key twice was cycling the options. That's why I didn't pay too much attention to that thing. I hope now is all fixed up.

The romanian version was needed for messenger plus and although most romanian users usually know their way around MSN Messenger new users always have difficulties understanding what the programs capabilities really are. I hope that in the future MSN will consider making the needed translations when they launch their products and not wait for others to do it.

The characters with cedilla aren't displayed right on some computers. So I've replaced the file in the atachement so now it contains two versions of the Romanian Translation: an ANSI one and an Unicode one. If your computer is set on Romanian (or another East European language) in Date, Time, Language and Regional options in Control Panel you can use the ANSI translation, but if your Regional options are set on some Western country you must use the Unicode translation.

Didn't even appear in the language list until I changed to:

And very few ampersands (Yeah, I'm the Ampersand man, remember?) in the new floating contact menus. I know, I know, they are missing in the original English version as well, but that's no excuse...

UnicodeText=Unicode este un set de caractere extins compatibil doar peste Windows 2000 inclusiv. Cel mai mult este util pentru salvarea textului în limbi complexe de genul Japonezã sau Ebraicã.

Two minor things:
1. Why not try to put the ampersands as close to the beginning or the sentence as possible? Makes it a bit easier to spot them.
2. I think it would be a good thing to try to be consistent (difficult, I know!). For instance, try to use &Acceptare all the time and not sometimes Acceptar&e.
