Auto status change, not putting me back online by sebflipper on 06-17-2004 at 09:54 AM
Normally when I turn on:
General Options -> Miscellaneous -> Automatically change status after a period of inactivity
Delay (minutes): 5
Status: Multiple Messages
It will put me away and start shouting at people if they try and contact me when I am away. Then when I come back (e.g. moving the mouse/press keys) it would automatically put me back online removing my Personalised Away Status.
But since I have installed the new version it doesn't put me back online (when I move the mouse or press keys) like it used to, instead I am left in Away with a Personalised Status and I have to manually change my status back to online.
Has this feature been removed from this version or is it a bug?
My version details:
MSN Messenger v6.2 (6.2.0133)
Messenger Plus! v3.01.94 (02/06/04)

I found the problem, it seems you to disable MSN Messengers own setting to put you away after 5 minutes. As it seems to be conflicting with it.
