I have downloaded messenger plus 254 and installed it ( O/S is win95 )

Although it all works correctly, I have an odd problem.

When the pc first boots, messenger just hangs for about 3 - 5 mins ( I think its when it tries to populate my contact list ). Once it lists my contact list its fine, but until then, it just hangs and I am left waiting for it to finish before I can do anything. Any ideas to lower this boot time to something more reasonable?

I am experiencing this problem sometimes too, but it's not related to Messenger Plus!.... you should contact Microsoft about this problem
