Anyone know where I can download additional alert sound? Would like to set different alert sound for all my buddies.

There are some good sounds at www.allwavs.com/
Plus! can set custom sounds for all your different contacts...just in case you don't know how here's how.
Main Messenger Window > Plus > Preferences > Notifications > Sounds and set the appropriate audio file for each contact...
