Can I use msn to receive icq message?
If it is possible, which software I shall to use?

There is no plugin that has been made that will allow this. You can use other programs like Trillian, the only downfall is that there is no Messenger Plus! for it.

I like msn more than icq but my friends also use icq, so I want use msn to receive it~

I usually use msn messenger, icq and yahoo messenger at the same time to catch all my friend around the world
