Yah , I think that same thing has been reported before.
But Patchou isn't going to do anything because he is nice and he doesn't want to cause the person any trouble.

They should call it AOL/AIM Plus then :/

Err... Messenger Plus! is registered as a trademark AFAIK, but I don't think much can be done against them...
Plus, it's probable that they didn't actually steal the name in purpose.

We should kindly ask them to rename their product. To something like AIM Plus.

"Messenger" isn't the same as MSN Messenger as you also have Yahoo Messenger, AOL Instant Messenger. True, the names look a like, you don't know when the creator of the program came up with Messenger Plus.

On topic: give the guys a break. Nobody ever heard of that and i'm pretty sure the 3 first google pages of "Messenger Plus" all return to the MSN version. So who cares anyway?

looks kinda like a rip off of Extreme Messenger, Also not free, but I purchased a copy a LONG time ago because I liked it.
