A funny thing happened after the installation of Messenger Plus!
I ran the setup (in Estonian) and it went smoothly through all the steps until the setup was completed, and then I was transferred to a webpage with congratulations for a successful installation. But - the page was not in Estonian or even English, but in Spanish. 
Messenger Plus! ver 3.01.94
MSN Messenger 6.2.0137
Windows XP Home SP1

It's quite obvious that there currently is no Estonian translation for Plus! website...
But yeah Estonian and Espanol both have the same first two letters
