i want to de-instal MSN+ 3 but when i do it, it says:
Messenger Plus! has not been installed properly on this system.
How is this possible, en what can i do to de-install it?

Try reinstalling it again, and then uninstalling it. Reinstalling should do a (proper) installation, which you should be able to remove. Also, make sure you have administrator access to the computer.
