from what ive heard msn 6.2 was suppse to be able to have animated display pics but microsoft didnt let them
does anyone no if there is a plugin out there like this? n if not is it possible to create??

No, it is impossible to make animated display pictures, it has to do with no animated display pictures being able to be sent over the server and the software itself doesn't support it...

I dont mean to flame you but if you dont want to sound like a newbie then you might want to keep the 'im lingo' as they call it, to the im's

wasn't there a thread about people trying to make animated display pictures in msn? like both people would need the plugin. whatever happened to that idea?

Actually, yes it was. It was on the Msn Messenger site wene 6.2 was about to be released, I saw it myself, soooo..

But DO NOT POST in that thread things like "is this finished yet", "what's the status", etc...... If there will be news you will hear about it, you don't need to bump/spam the thread with useless posts....

Deluxe Display Pictures are something unrelated and unlinked to the normal Display Pictures. Both are something seperate and the Deluxe Display Picture-system can only be used if you install an external program. Also the Deluxe Display Pictures are not what you think they are, they don't work like normal Display Pictures, neither do they look like normal Display Pictures.....
The external program that makes this is called PowerPlus and is nothing more then an official addon for the Korean MSN Messenger!!!
