It would be good if the plus had the option of time when it is notified the reception of emails pop3, and other option to be the notification until that we entered in the email.

if i understand correctly, you want Plus to notify you when you have new emails and not to notify you until you've read them, right?

Well, plus has a similar behaviour. It notifies you each time you receive new emails, ie: it checks your pop3 and you have, let's say, 4 emails. some time after that, plus checks again. If you have more than (or less than) 4 emails, it notifies you again, however if you still have those 4 emails plus won't display the toast. This is very similar to what you're requesting, because until you don't read the emails plus won't notify you.
