Since the old thread got dumped in T&T (thanks in no small part to BEWARE^^), I'm starting again.

I've redesigned my website, but I wish to relocate to a server with at least SSI. So far, I have been recommended to Kaonet and x3fusion. Any other good hosts anyone know of?

I seriously would go with kaonet. It's free and all that good stuff. Trust me just pm kao, and I'm sure he will think bout it!

right now i think kao has decided to stop hosting as many people but i'm not sure. pm him. also his host cannot be seen by some canadian isps right now (including mine )

with x3fusion you have to fill out a form, i'd say the best thing to do, would be to try and search for free subdomains on google, but personally, i think kao should delete some of his subdomains, a lot of them are not in use.

Unfortunately, kaonet doesn't work on rogers or aol

If you're looking for good hosting, you can try www.eckohost.com, you can get a basic package for 20 euro a year. And you can get custom packages suited to your needs and budget. Lobster/Mippo use EckoHost, as do I.
