What plugin are you trying to install? Most of them come with an installer. If it doesn't have an installer, then copy the .dll file to your MsgPlus plugins directory (usually C:\Program files\Messenger Plus! 3\Plugins).

You need to uncompress the zip with WinZip or WinRAR (I personally prefer WinRAR).

Does the .zip archive have a .exe? If not, if it has like .dll's you need to highlight them and extract them into your plugin section.
