is there any plugin that when we play any movie on a full screen mode then our all contacts those r online are blocked automatically ????????

no. There is no such plugin 
Why would you want to block all your contacts though? Why not just change your status to "Appear Offline"

There's also a Messenger option to set your status to busy when you start a full-screen app.
