how about a program, thatu can easily create skins, like copying and pasting stuff making a whole new lay out easily, that owuld be really good, you could have ur own skin easily
and to play songs through the audio convo port sorta thing

I don't think this is a plugin, more a standalone program 
. And the program would be illegal, since it would have to alter the .exe.

It could patch the EXE in memory: that's not illegal.

Didn't huuf (or someone) make a "Make-your-own skin program" before? I never tried it, but I remember something similiar
