there is a plugin for winamp called DoSomething.. it has an option to submit variables to an url on every winampaction..

for example.. you play a song and in the background an url will be submitted to

yoursite.com/winamp.php?song=%%SONGYOUREPLAYING%%

with some php youre able to show on your website which song you are playing,

wouldnt this be a great idea for msnplus to follow that DoSomething procedure everytime when your nick or status changes.

Well, why not use a Winamp plugin for such things? Because they don't seem to be related to MSN or Plus!

Also you could already use things like "/run http://www.google.nl/search?q=(!np)". However you'll need to strip the "Now Playing:" part then, that could be done with a PHP script, also /run refuses to work when the winamp title contains some illegal characters.

If you search the plugins forum you may also find some plugins that have something simular to (!NP) but don't have the "Now Playing:" part in it.
